It is not uncommon in the case of more severe issues, that we request certain files from your machine to investigate further. To speed up the process we would appreciate any users that experience game blocking issues to attach a copy of their save to the ticket. In addition, any PC users that are experiencing crashes, please attach a DxDiag of your machine, and check your PC's temp folder for a crash report (it will be a .dmp file located in 'C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\Temp'.
