If you are having issues redeeming your Twitch Drops in-game then please try the following steps:
1. Check that your item has been successfully redeemed on the Twitch website. You should see a tick underneath the item in the “Claimed” section of https://www.twitch.tv/drops/inventory
2. Please check that you have a connection from Hello Games listed in https://www.twitch.tv/settings/connections. It should appear like in the below image:
3. If there is no connection listed then please go to https://twitch.nomanssky.com/ and ensure the platform is linked
4. If it appears to be linked, then please try using "Unlink <platform> account" and then connecting again
5. Ensure you have closed down and re-launched the game
6. Attempt to claim the item from the Quicksilver Synthesis Companion in the Space Anomaly (The Space Anomaly is summonable on your next journey into space after establishing your first planetary base)
7. If there is no Twitch Reward option then please check the “Discoveries” tab from the menu and look to see if you have a green connection in the bottom left of the page. If this is not green, please try again later.
8. If the issue persists please reply to let us know along with the following information:
- The platform you are playing on
- If PC, please also let us know your Operating System
- Your username for that platform
- Your Twitch username
- A screenshot of your Twitch inventory page
- A screenshot of your linked accounts as seen on https://twitch.nomanssky.com/
- A screenshot/photo of what you see in game at the Quicksilver Synthesis Companion (as shown in step 6)
